Free Shipping on ALL Orders

Our goal is to deliver the products to you according to the delivery location specified in your order and the shipping date designated by us when you complete your order checkout (as updated in the order confirmation); if we anticipate that we won’t be able to deliver on the expected shipping date, we will attempt to notify you. However, to the extent permitted by law, we do not accept any liability for any loss, liability, cost, damage, charge, or expense incurred by you due to delayed delivery

How long does delivery take?

7-15 business days.  (Note: The delivery time of pre-sale products is subject to the arrival time.)

Where does  ship to?

North America/Europe/South America. If you are in other country, please contact us before ordering.
(Note: Shipping restrictions may apply to certain products due to factors such as local/state laws, hazmat materials, large or oddly shaped items, or specific address types that some carriers cannot deliver to.)

How will my delivery be shipped?

Our warehouse is in China and the goods are shipped from China by DHL, Fedex, China Post. For customers who are not in the above shipping areas, we will select the carrier that we believe is best for our customers.

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route,but you can cancel an order within 60 minutes and reorder with accurate details.
If the order is canceled by the customer more than 1 hour after placing an order, the customer must bear any return shipping fees that may apply.
If the wrong address is provided by the customer, and this leads to the package being lost or otherwise becoming unrecoverable, the customer shall bear the loss. We will not replace the order or issue a refund.

Your local customs office may require additional documentation and time to clear your parcel, which may delay the estimated delivery time.


Your order may be delivered to you by your local post office or local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local postal service, so the parcel will be received by your regular mail. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the postal service may leave a notification card advising you how and where to collect your parcel.


If you do not hear back from our customer service team for an extended period of time (24 hours on weekdays, 48 hours on weekends), please check the spam folder of your contact email. Your email server/provider may be filtering our emails incorrectly.
